Do you work with my CPA?

Absolutely — that's exactly how we prefer to work. We handle the day-to-day bookkeeping and keep your books clean and organized so your CPA can focus on tax strategy and planning. We're not a replacement for your CPA; we're the team that makes their job easier.

What software do you use?

We're a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor team and work primarily in QuickBooks Online. If you're using a different platform, reach out and we'll talk through your options.

Do you handle multi-entity businesses?

Yes — this is actually one of our specialties. We regularly manage bookkeeping across multiple LLCs for the same client, keeping each entity's books clean and separate while giving you a clear overall picture.

Do you outsource any of your work?

Never. Our entire team is US-based and we do not outsource any bookkeeping or payroll work overseas. When you work with us, you work with our team — period.

Do you work with businesses outside New Hampshire?

Yes — we serve clients nationwide. While we're based in Goffstown, NH, most of our work is done remotely. Wherever you're located, we can handle your books.

How far behind can my books be?
